THE ORDINARY - VITAMIN C SUSPENSION 30% in silicone

Vitamin C is an effective antioxidant that brightens skin tone and reduces the appearance of signs of aging. This waterless formula provides 30% pure L-ascorbic acid which remains completely stable due to the absence of water. Due to the presence of very light silicones, this formulation is gentle on the skin despite the formulation's suspension format, avoiding the short-lasting gritty feel of our original Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% formula. This treatment is ideally applied at bedtime.
This product is a waterless suspension of 30% ascorbic acid powder. The regular vitamin C portfolio includes the following formulations:

Ascorbyl glucoside solution Solution of
12% Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate Solution 20% Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate in Vitamin F
Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate 10%
ascorbic acid 8% + alpha-arbutin 2%
ethyl ascorbic acid 15% solution at
100% L-ascorbic acid
Apply a small amount to the face in the morning or evening (preferably in the evening). Avoid contact with eyes. A tingling sensation can be expected after application. If this feeling is too strong, this formula can be diluted with each application with your favorite serum or cream. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical attention. Use only as directed on intact skin. It is advisable to test the patches before use.
